Sharon has over 20 years' experience across all aspects of business management from strategic planning to operations, HR, project management, facilities/estates management, financial management, change management, health and safety, negotiations, and customer relationship management. Sharon is a natural communicator with experience working with a diverse range of people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds, having been responsible for overseeing the inclusivity of all in numerous schools.
