The Leadership Team at Northern Counties School is a dynamic and dedicated group committed to excellence in inclusive education. They embarked on a challenging journey from special measures in May 2022 to good with outstanding features in February 2024. The new Headteacher coached and supported the existing leadership team to become holistic leaders who rapidly improved the school into a wonderful learning community. The leadership team shared laughter and tears; importantly, we saw the teaching and learning become outstanding, and the happiness and progress of the learners reach new heights that showed there are no barriers to achievement for all.
