Mo Millar joined the Acer Trust in 2017 having worked for 20 years in the education and charity sectors. Her background was developing administrative processes and systems to improve monitoring, reporting, and efficiencies in a variety of disciplines including Operations, IT and, for the last 13 years, Estates. She works across the board to ensure all relevant staff and governors are sufficiently knowledgeable in Good Estates Management to make informed estates decisions both at school and Trust level. These decisions are based on reliable data, transparent and effective prioritisation, and PRINCE 2 project management principles.
