Lily worked in Finance for 18 years before launching a healthcare business. She became a Co-Opted Governor at Selly Park in 2018 and was appointed to the Interim Executive Board at Benson Community School in January 2024. Lily sits on Independent Review Panels around the country and serves as an Independent Governor in schools around Birmingham. She shares, “Being a Governor has enriched my life in ways I could never have imagined. It melts my heart to constantly hear the joyous laughter of children in schools and see the dedication of staff in all the schools that I serve.
