Catherine has been School Business Leader at Selborne Primary School for 15 years. Starting her career as a HR, finance and payroll manager in the City, the lure of working in school and making a difference to so many people’s lives was something she could not resist.  Catherine has been instrumental in being part of a Senior Leadership Team who have significantly improved outcomes in a large, challenging inner city school, resulting in the school being rated Outstanding by Ofsted in its last two inspections. She also supports other local Ealing Learning Partnership schools and mentors and coaches colleagues.
