ESSENTIAL RULES

Required for Entry

ENTRY: NHS COVID Pass, Vaccination Proof or Negative Lateral Flow Test

We require all attendees to bring with them (either on their phone or as a printed copy) proof of double vaccination, Covid-19 antibodies or negative lateral flow test (taken within 24 hours of entry) valid on the day of event entry. You may be asked to show your pass every time you enter the event space so please keep it to hand at all times during the ceremony.

How to get a NHS COVID Pass?

You can get a NHS COVID Pass, obtained most easily via the NHS App, if you have been double vaccinated 14 days prior to the event or you have a negative LTF or PCR test within 48 hours of creating the pass.

Preparing for your Visit

TEMPERATURE CHECK

If you have access to a thermometer, we highly recommend taking your temperature before arriving at the venue. If you have a reading higher than 37.5°C or any COVID-19 symptoms, we politely request that you refrain from visiting our show.

CHECK YOUR EMAILS

Please pay careful attention to all communications sent out from our event team regarding the event and registration process. Mark us a 'safe sender' so these important updates come straight into your inbox

DOWNLOAD BOTH NHS APPS

Please ensure you have downloaded the NHS COVID-19 contract tracing app AND the NHS App if you plan to use it to display your NHS COVID Pass on entry to the event.

BRING A VALID FORM OF I.D

We request that anyone attending the Schools & Academies Show to carry a form of identification with you to the show in order to match this to your lateral flow test or NHS COVID Pass.

AT THE CEREMONY

Upon Arrival and During

FACE-COVERINGS

As per Government guidelines, we do recommended the use of face masks at our show but they are not mandatory for all attendees. If these rules are updated by the Government before the ceremony we will update all attendees with any changes in relation to the requirement for face coverings.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

We will be providing more space to give visitors the room for social distancing. With spaced seating to create a safe distance for everyone to be able to enjoy the ceremony.

TRACK AND TRACE

We are passionate about ensuring the safety of our visitors. In order to keep everyone safe, please have the NHS Track and Trace app installed on your mobile device. Using the app will allow for the local authorities to contact you if there is any need to. Please ensure you give accurate information throughout the registration process.
